Repair Repairs are carried out on both old and new guns .Basic repairs can be as simple as replacing tired springs while more complex repairs such as loose actions can require more complex work such as spray welding.

Stock Making, Repair, Alteration Fitted stocks can me crafted for any shotgun or rifle and all associated practices are offered such as checkering and oil finishing. Stocks can also be altered by reduction in dimension or enlargement through the adhesion of additional timber. The design can also be altered such as the introduction or a monte carlo comb. A vast knowledge of timber can be summoned upon if there is any interest in alternative timbers for use in stocking.

Submission to Proof HouseSubmission to Proof House
After completing any work on a gun which may "unduly reduce it in substance or strength" the gun must be re submitted to proof. Old guns can also be re submitted to ascertain nitro proofing if the gun is of sound integrity to withstand the greater pressures generated by modern powders.
